There was an arrangement to marry a seventh grade student of the local Darul Islam Girls' High School. When the news spread among the students of the school, they got angry and went to their classmate's house. They also protested with red flags demanding an end to child marriage. After finding out the truth of the allegation, he stopped the child marriage and fined the bride and groom. Besides, he took a bond from the father of the student not to marry the girl till she becomes an adult.
